• Replacing photos or making changes to the material or size after the order has been confirmed is not possible.
• We will provide you the preview for approval after the 3D design is finished by email or WhatsApp, as appropriate.
• The 3D soft copy design is open to unlimited revisions and modifications.
• The actual product will be designed after the design has been approved.
• The physical products themselves cannot be modified.
• The merchandise will be shipped to the supplied location after the design is complete.
