GiftsandArts pledges to deliver your item as quickly as possible while guaranteeing the best possible packaging.
Online Paid orders are dispatched the following business day and typically arrive between 4–7 working days for non–custom orders and 8–30 working days for bespoke orders, depending on the order. On the relevant product description page, specific information is available.
Except on Sundays and other holidays, we ship every day of the week during regular business hours. We send through reputable courier services like FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery, etc. to make sure your product gets to you quickly and in good condition.
We will attempt to ship your things via Government Registered Mail if there is no courier service available in your area.
How are delivery fees for numerous units determined?
- For online orders that are paid for within India, there is no shipping fee.
- No matter how many items you have in your cart, the delivery cost is always the same.
- We include GST (Goods and Services Tax) in all of our rates. We adhere to all GST regulations as prescribed by the Indian government.

What is the turnaround time for orders?
Miniatures typically take 15 to 25 days to arrive; if you have any questions, please message us.
All orders will be duly delivered to the address you provided when placing the order, however in cases of distant regions and those where delivery by courier is not possible, the recipient may be asked to pick up the package from the delivery centres.
